Since 2003, Criterion has surveyed patients regarding
our products and services. The feedback provided by our
patients is a valuable tool which influences decision
making - resulting in positive outcomes. Ultimately, we are
able to maintain
high customer satisfaction because we
listen
to our patients.
In order to maintain true scientific integrity, Criterion
randomly chooses patients from our active database. All surveys were
conducted via phone. The results of this survey are reflective of 5216
patients who willingly participated in our survey and have consented to
posting their commentary.
Since all feedback is valuable to us, we will continue to
conduct randomized surveys to maintain integrity in our
results.
