As the son of a first generation American, Dr. Langheier learned that the only way to become successful was through hard work. Channeling his desire to help others, Dr. Langheier chose to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and opened his own medical practice.

Realizing that the culture of healthcare had changed and doctors were losing touch with their patients, in 1993 Dr. Langheier launched CriterionMed, a medical device company whose mission is to empower people to take charge of chronic pain.
